Upon receipt of this registration form, we will issue you an invoice electronically. The invoice must be paid the 20th of April (in case of bank charges, the payer is liable for payment).
Important remarks
- Payments by cheque cannot be accepted.
- Cancellations made before 1st of April 2012 will be reimbursed with 10% deduction of the total fee. No reimbursement is possible after this date.
- At least one of the authors should have registered, otherwise the paper or presentation will not be included in the proceedings, nor in the program.
